Valuable Opportunity:Industry Affiliate Partners / Limited Members, non-profit representatives, for profit business representatives and non-physician hospital representatives are welcome to help support our society through the purchase of a display. Each purchased display is invited to include five registered reception attendees, participation in the CME dinner presentation is not included. This unique networking opportunity is a valuable limited opportunity! Regular meeting exhibitor registration is limited to the first 10 registered exhibitors! Our Meetings:We present 2 or 3 educational dinner meetings annually; our average West Palm Beach meeting attendance is approximately 80-120 healthcare providers. We are beginning to host on North/Treasure Coast Pediatric Society meeting each year which will be a duplicate of our WPB meeting. We anticipate our attendance to be approximately 25-35 for our Northern or treasure Coast location meeting.
Who is invited to purchase a display? We email an opportunity email to all our Industry Affiliate Partners / Limited Members which is made up of non-profit representatives, for profit business representatives and non-physician hospital representatives. If you are interested in being on our mailing list please register as a Industry Affiliate Partners / Limited Member. Cost of Display:The Palm Beach County Pediatric Society requests a Display Donation of $ 500.00 for each regular meeting held in West Palm Beach or $ 600.00 for both of the meetings that we duplicate in the Northern counties. 6:45-7:00 PM Display breakdown & Reception (Attendees adjourn to CME meeting)
Miscellaneous Names are needed for all Display attendees Dinner is NOT part of the display fee Display Table will be approximately a card table size 3’ x 3’.

Our society mails to over 425 Pediatricians, Pediatric Sub-specialists, Pediatric Dentists and Nurse Practitioners in Palm Beach County, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties. We are beginning to host on North/Treasure Coast Pediatric Society meeting each year which will be a duplicate of our WPB meeting. We are offering Pharmaceutical, Pediatric Companies and hospitals the opportunity to help underwrite the costs associated with our society by hosting displays during the reception portion of our business meetings.
